EPT - ICB™ ion-exchange filters target fluid chemistry, removing varnish molecules and restoring lubricant solvency. This engineered workhorse, like anything else, exhausts with time. To maintain the optimum operation of your application and to restore lubricants outside of OEM specifications, time-based ICB filter change intervals are essential. Continued use of an exhausted filter is as effective as doing nothing at all.

During the first three months of the fluid restoration phase, the fluids demand monthly ICB filter changes. Once the fluid is restored to the quality specification demanded, change intervals adjust to maintenance mode, extending to every 6 or 12 months depending on oil analysis results. It’s time to treat lubricants like the assets they are and commit to lubrication management programs. Lubricant death does not need to be inevitable.

Noria US - "No one wants varnish gumming up their lubrication systems, but the conditions inside machines often make varnish formation seem inevitable. As is often the case with many problems, it's easier to prevent varnish than it is to clean it up after it forms. Join Wes and Sheryl as they look at a product that can do both: the Soluble Varnish Removal (SVR™) from Hy-Pro and EPT Clean Oil."

Noria US - "The Simmons Feed Ingredients plant in Southwest City, Missouri, brought in Noria consultants to develop a roadmap for lubrication excellence. After implementing Noria’s Lubrication Program Development and training (links below), the facility was able to achieve cleaner oil, prevent machine failures, avoid lost production and save up to $1 million a year."
